Smart cities
This strategic area focuses on smart mobility measures and solutions
for passenger and freight, in response to the challenge facing cities
to promote safer, more accessible and healthier urban environments, all of which
is by means of managing resources more efficiently.
The aim is to find new innovative models and solutions related to:
- Infrastructures, shared use of space, and urban and interurban exchange hubs.
- Managing mobility and its demand using open data, data sharing, big data solutions and tools to support decision making.
- MaaS services, mobility as a service and collaborative model.
